    Eligibility Criteria:

    Be a Medicaid recipient.
    No Age Limit

    Services that are included:

    • Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Personal Hygiene)
    • Homemaking (Laundry, Light House Cleaning and Chores)
      Meal Prep
    • Assistance With Transportation
    • Medication Reminders

    Who can become a caregiver:

    • Adult family members or other informal caregivers age 18 and older providing care to individuals 60 years of age and older;
    • Adult family members or other informal caregivers age 18 and older providing care to individuals of any age with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders;
    • Grandparents and other relatives (not parents) 55 years of age and older providing care to children under the age of 18; and
    • Grandparents and other relatives (not parents) 55 years of age and older providing care to adults age 18-59 with disabilities

    Geographic Requirements:

    • The care recipient must be a resident of the state of Maryland.
    •  It is not required that the caregiver and the care recipient live in the same household. The caregiver can not be an authorized representative of a patient.

    Skilled Nursing Care

    Our Nurses provide skilled care that you and your family need. Skilled nursing needs include complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, tube feedings, tracheotomy or rapidly changing health conditions.

    Personal Care

    Personal Care is one of the main services in Home Health Care industry. It includes assistance with everyday activities to help the ones in need and make the elderly life peaceful. Personal care services are related to assistance with dressing, hygiene and incontinence services.
